In June of 2002, I gave Jeffrey this rose bush to plant in his garden. The funny thing, I got it for $5. The local Boy Scouts had a rose sale...a JACKSON & PERKINS rose for $5!!! A nursery had some really small roses, so they donated them to the Boy Scouts to sell. That $5 rose bush has been great fun to watch when it blooms. It is soo pretty. It is called
Love and Peace. The bush is finished blooming for now. I dead-headed it right above the five leaf stem. I hope it blooms again soon. I wish myself and all of you Love & Peace this week.
