Sometimes on ugly days like today...I have to treat myself to ice cream. However, for the past month I have been weighing in on Monday's with my husband for his "Melt Down Monday." Jeffrey has been doing a fantastic job since January 1st. I don't know if I will have good results tomorrow...I'll just keep my fingers crossed.
