As I have said before, when we cater weddings it is a lot of work. The staff works very hard. We have a little ritual for weddings. After we feed all of the guests cake, we have a small piece for ourselves and cool off in our beer and wine walk-in. We will critique the cake and enjoy a short break before the wedding ends.
